The phraseFuzei is a Japanese term used in accordance with sand raking. For centuries Japanese artists have raked sand into calming patterns. This endless canvas has inspired Silk Dynasty's new collection. We have devised our own interpretation of the fluid patterns that the Japanes have used for years.
Fuzei represents transquility and we have created the following four patterns:
"Kindness" - Vertical pattern with embedded glass beads
"Continuity" - Large free flowing circles
"Compassion" - Small free flowing circles
"Peace" - A raked surface that gently intersects itself.
